The 2025 Singapore Youth Sailing Championships saw 279 sailors from 8 countries racing on the first day of the competition.

The sailors had a nice stable breeze from the Southeast ranging from 8 to 11 knots, with currents in the later part of the day pushing boats over the line.

Meanwhile, in the ILCA 6 fleet, Keira Carlyle led the fleet with a net score of 11 points. She won the first of her three races of the day.
