Test E-Certification Request – School Sailing Program/Club

Schools may now request the issuance of E-Certificates for students who have successfully completed a sailing proficiency program.

Please fill up the form with the following details:

E-Certificate Fee: $20 (inclusive of GST)

Once submitted, we will proceed with invoicing and provide further guidance on the e-certificate issuance.
